  Extend an order to give yourself more time to activate it. An order can be extended up to 180 days from the purchase date.

## Before you start

- The order must have status `NotActivated` or `Expired`.
- How many days you can extend by depends on your agreement with Walley.

## Extend an order

1. Find the order in the [order search](/docs/merchanthub/search) and open it.
2. Select **Extend**.
3. Select **Yes** to confirm.

The order's expiry date moves forward.
