Type anything you know about the order, or narrow the result with filters and field queries. ## Free text search The search field matches almost anything stored on an order, for example: - An order number or reference - An email address - A customer's name or national registration number - An address The result is ranked, so the orders the search considers most relevant come first. ## Exact search If a search returns more than you want, make it exact. Either tick the **Exact match** checkbox, or put quotes around the text: `"01234567"` matches that string and nothing else. ## Wildcards Add `*` to match part of a word. `*gmail.com` finds every order with a value that ends in gmail.com. ## Search with AI Select **Search with AI** and describe what you are looking for in plain language, in English or your own language. The search turns your description into filters and a query. AI results may be inaccurate, so check the filters it applied before you act on the result. ## Quick filters Use the dropdown filters next to the search field to filter by created date, expiry date, notification due date, store, or order status. ## Field queries When the filters are not enough, query a specific field in the search box. The syntax is `field:value`, and you can combine queries with `AND` and `OR`. | Query | Finds | | ------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------- | | `storeId:1158` | All orders for store 1158 | | `storeId:1158 AND status:Activated` | Activated orders for store 1158 | | `storeId:1158 OR storeId:9664` | Orders for either store | | `totalAmount:>2000 AND currency:SEK` | Orders in SEK with a total above 2000 | ### Searchable fields | Field | Description | | ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | storeId | The id of your store. | | orderNumber | The order number, or reference, of the order. | | currentPurchase.purchaseId | The purchase id of the order. | | connectedPurchases.purchaseId | The purchase id of a purchase connected to the order. | | paymentMethod | The payment method. `Invoice` `Account` `Installment` `Swish` `Card` `MobilePay` `BankTransfer` | | totalAmount | The total amount of the purchase. | | notActivatedAmount | The amount that is not yet activated. | | currency | The currency code. `SEK` `NOK` `DKK` `EUR` | | status | The order status. `NotActivated` `Activated` `PartActivated` `Returned` `Expired` `OnHold` `VerificationNeeded` `Closed`.
