Crediting fees on a notification

A notification is the invoice or payment notice that Walley sends to your customer. If your agreement allows it, you can credit the administrative fees Walley added to it.

Before you start​

Your organization must be allowed to credit fees. If you are unsure, contact Walley Merchant Services at help@walley.se.

Credit fees​

  1. Open a notification that has fees added by Walley.
  2. Select Credit fees.
  3. In the dialog, tick the fees to credit.
  4. Select Credit.
