Pay Link overview

A Pay Link is a pre-filled checkout you send to a customer. The customer opens the link, pays, and the purchase becomes an order in the Merchant Hub like any other.

When to use a Pay Link

• Charge for extra services after the original purchase.
• Sell articles that are not in your web shop, such as spare parts.
• Take in-store purchases with strong customer authentication.

Before you start

• You need the Paylink Management permission.
• Your stores must be set up for Pay Link. That is normally already the case if you use Walley Checkout. If not, contact delivery@walley.se.

How it works

1. Enter the articles.
2. Review the Pay Link details.
3. Send the Pay Link to the customer.
4. The customer completes the purchase.
5. An order is created.
