Cancelling an order

Cancel an order when the goods will not be shipped. Cancelling releases every row that is not yet activated.

Before you start​

The order must have status NotActivated, PartActivated, Expired, or OnHold.

Cancelling cannot be undone

Cancelled rows cannot be activated later.

Cancel an order​

  1. Find the order in the order search and open it.
  2. Select Cancel.
  3. Select Yes to confirm. The dialog reminds you that every article that is not activated will be cancelled.

Every row that is not activated is cancelled, whatever the order status was. A PartActivated order keeps its activated rows and becomes Activated. For the other statuses, every row is cancelled and the order can no longer be activated.
